Marketing opt-in: If you check the optional marketing consent box when submitting the form, I store that consent along with your email address. As of the date of this policy, no marketing emails or newsletters have been sent, and none are currently planned — this data is stored only in case that changes in the future, at which point you would still be free to unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

Technical data: This site is hosted on Squarespace, which automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and device information) as part of standard website operation and security. This is handled by Squarespace as a data processor, not accessed or used by me directly.

Why I process this data

  • Contact form data: to respond to your inquiry

  • Marketing opt-in: based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time

  • Technical/hosting data: necessary for the site to function, handled under Squarespace's own hosting agreement

How long I keep it
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to and, where relevant, follow up on a booking. Marketing opt-in data is kept until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
