Ines Cela is a portrait and conceptual photographer based in Vienna, Austria. Her work has been exhibited at ImageNation Paris and Loosenart Rome, and reviewed and published by Vogue Italia.

Her interest in photography began early, shaped by formal study in Tirana before she continued developing her craft in Vienna through hands-on workshops, including the Leica Academy's "Changing Perspectives" program.
